Chunhui Li Art and creativity make our life colourful and motivated during this pandemic.

I am a full-time university lecturer and I am always passionate about visual and fine arts, and acrylic painting and acrylic pouring. Because of the Covid crisis and isolation, my family and I have to stay at home all the times for all kinds of activities like working, learning and enjoying life. I realise the role of art becomes more important to our lives, to keep myself and the wee one busy and entertained after the whole day of staring at the computers.

During the lockdown, I developed better techniques in enhanced acrylic pouring with painting on the top. I also love to use pouring paint to make jewellery. Together with my wee one, we developed a few ideas for a children’s book, it was a fun experience.
